You've likely eaten it, but have you ever made your own Sauerkraut? It really couldn't be easier. Sauerkraut is one of those 'super foods'. It's a naturally fermented food, and eating it is a great way to keep your gut healthy. It's packed with probiotics, dietary fiber, and just tastes great.

Making your own is honestly so easy. I followed this recipe.

Using just 3 organic cabbages, 4.5 tbsp of sea salt, and my own two hands, we now have 4 jars of sauerkraut happily fermenting on our counter.

Making your own sauerkraut honestly is easy and economical. Also, it tastes delicious!
